Garcia-Linares is part of a distinguished group of managing partners from top law firms across Florida, honored for their impactful leadership in the legal profession and for their roles as mentors and active contributors to their communities.

"It is a privilege to be once again recognized among such an accomplished group of leaders," remarked Garcia-Linares. "I'm deeply grateful for the support of my colleagues and feel fortunate to contribute to the growth of our Litigation Department and Florida offices, as well as to our firm's broader mission of serving clients and giving back to the community."

A respected member of the legal community, Garcia-Linares is a past president of both the Cuban American Bar Association and the Cuban American CPA Association. He currently serves on the boards of the Cuban American Bar Association Foundation, the Florida Chapter of the Hispanic Bar Association, and as Outside General Counsel to the Coral Gables Retirement Board.

In his practice, Garcia-Linares advises clients in complex commercial and business disputes, including cases involving officer and director liability, real estate, probate and trust matters, professional malpractice (legal and accounting), and class action litigation. He also collaborates with colleagues on matters related to family offices, corporate transactions, and estate planning. In addition to his legal practice, Garcia-Linares is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He earned his B.A. from the University of Miami and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University.
