Day Pitney Partner David Waizer Appointed to the New York City Bar Association Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Committee

Day Pitney Partner David Waizer was recently appointed as a member of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Committee of the New York City Bar Association. This committee focuses on legal issues impacting startups, growth companies, and the venture capital community.

Waizer also serves as Chair of Day Pitney's Private Equity business unit and the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group, where he represents venture capital funds and emerging growth companies on a wide range of matters.
