Day Pitney Named a 2026 NJBIZ Empowering Women Honoree
Day Pitney LLP has been named a 2026 NJBIZ Empowering Women honoree, recognizing the firm’s efforts to support and advance women in the workplace and throughout the New Jersey business community. Day Pitney, which also received the recognition in 2024, will be honored at an awards ceremony on November 17 at The Marigold in Somerset, New Jersey.

Day Pitney’s efforts to foster an inclusive workplace have also earned recognition from several organizations. The Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers recently named Day Pitney a Large Law Firm Champion of Women (click here to learn more about the award and its methodology.) The firm also received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index (view the CEI rating criteria here.)
In addition, Day Pitney was included in Law360’s 2025 Women in Law Report for the fifth consecutive year, ranking third among U.S. law firms with 251 to 600 attorneys for the representation of women in the equity partnership.
