Hayes commented, “Like many firms, we are very focused on understanding and preserving our culture and, to the extent there are improvements that need to be made, to make those improvements, but we’re really sincere about trying to foster a culture of inclusion and want everybody here to feel both valued and respected, and also that they are given an opportunity to succeed. I think it’s just a matter of doing that going forward, which will, in my view, ensure our continued success as a firm.”
