"Conducting Effective Internal Investigations," Case Studies in Compliance Systems, UConn Law 2025
On February 24, Chief Justice Chase Rogers (Ret.) and Associate Lindsey McCarthy returned as guest lecturers for the University of Connecticut School of Law’s Case Studies in Compliance Systems course, presenting on “Conducting Effective Internal Investigations.” Now in their second year of guest lecturing, Rogers and McCarthy provided insights into employment-related investigations, engaging students with a custom case study and a mock witness interview. The course, taught by former Dean of UConn Law Timothy Fisher, is part of a joint program for UConn Law and UConn School of Business students.
