2025 Day Pitney End of Year CLE

Day Pitney LLP hosted its End of Year CLE, bringing together clients and colleagues for an afternoon of engaging programs focused on key legal and regulatory developments.

Eliza Sporn Fromberg delivered opening remarks, welcoming attendees and setting the tone for an afternoon of learning and discussion. Naju R. Lathia, Matthew J. Letten, and Joseph W. Ritter opened the program with a session on the Department of Justice's revised corporate enforcement policies and their implications for compliance and investigations. Francine Esposito and Rachel A. Gonzalez provided various updates on employment and labor law, including, but not limited to, workplace immigration issues, discrimination standards, NLRB updates, and non-compete agreement enforcement. Ashley Picker Dubin and Laura Land Himelstein concluded the program with a discussion on Agentic AI, highlighting the ethical, contractual, and governance considerations surrounding emerging technologies.

The End of Year CLE offered practical insights across multiple practice areas and reflected Day Pitney's engagement with clients' timely legal topics.
